Return & Exchange Policy

Dear Everly Boutique gladly accepts returns for store credit (Dear Everly E-Gift Card) only within 7 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will not accept the return.

Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with our tags still attached. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days and you will receive store credit code to use on your next purchase at Dear Everly Boutique. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  

You may NOT return: SALE/CLEARANCE items or Accessories

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange for a different size you will return your original order, checkout with the size you need and store credit will be added to your account when we receive your item. Please note your size or item may be sold out due to high order volume or risk of sellouts.
  • Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
  • Please allow 2-3 business to process your return once we receive it. 

Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt and forward photos of any damage. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

-Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
